APPLICATION FOR POLITICAL SUPPORT:

Fieldstead and Company does not have the time or staff to interview personally (by phone or in person) all individuals requesting support for their political efforts. A large factor in our decisions is third party research, which is not the same as information that you as a candidate or activist can provide. We have found it necessary that those who request a meeting, contribution, or endorsement of any kind supply us with some basic information.

Note: Filling out this form does not guarantee you an interview. At the same time, it is often possible for us to make a positive decision without requiring an interview, if the information provided here and the third party information we research looks good!
